*XenServ will be moving it's hardware to a new rack, we always strive to accomplish downtime frames as soon as possible, probably 10-15 minute at the max. We will try to perform this when there's lowest traffic, we also will re-rack shared and put it back online before the other systems to put most client's online ASAP :-)
We WILL announce this, email, etc....
*Soon upgrades on Harbl; client's will be able to grow larger over time; litespeed helps with the higher and higher bursting however the server harbl was never oversold, we hope LiteSpeed and the soon upgrades will deliver our shared uptime near out network uptime which was only one short outage in over 6 months outside the datacenter.
*In the future "low resource" hosting packages running CPanel VPS (for non high traffic sites) will be launched. You'll have bandwidth, and space however if you run scripts like wordpress and they eat up more than X resources on average you'll need an upgrade to our current dedicated cpanel systems. This will help anybody who doesn't use up alot of resources not have hiccups when a site bursts :-) & Then when you do run a busy site you can simply upgrade to a bare metal system.
(The limit imposed will of course be friendly for a small time blogger or forum ^^, you'll have an easy path to upgrade to our dedi solution
